If you have a credit card, loan or car loan (especially if it was taken out before 6/4/07) then it is most likely that the credit agreeement you signed does not comply with the terms of The Consumer Credit Act.
The Consumer Credit act is the law surrounding lending on credit cards and loans in the UK. This act was put into place to protect UK credit consumers, to ensure they are treated fairly and to prevent banks and lenders just doing what suits them. In reality, the banks and lenders have failed to fully comply as, in many cases, credit agreements for cards and loans have fundamental flaws, or breaches as they refered to. If your lender has breached the terms of the consumer credit act, your debt becomes unenforceable (which means you don't have to repay a penny and they cannot enforce the debt).
This is why we are able to have the amount you owe greatly reduced or, in some cases, completely wiped out. On debt on credit cards, loans, car loans, HP agreements and store cards.
The service we provide is excellent and, as we have a direct communication line with all the major banks and lenders, we are able to conclude cases very quickly - typically in 3-4 months.

For some reason, a lot of people we speak to think that this won't apply to their card or loan. We hear things like "I'm with the XXXX bank, they won't have made mistakes, surely?" or "I don't have payment protection on my loan, so I suppose this won't work for me?" The only FACT is that it makes no difference whether your card or loan is with the biggest, most respected bank or lender in the world, mistakes have been made, your consumer rights have been breached and that's why we can provide this service.
